When you call or submit the contact form, Matt's Tech Support may receive your name, phone number, email address, location or service area, and the description of your technology problem or requested service.
How information is used
This information is used to respond to your request, evaluate and schedule service, prepare a project quote, provide support, maintain service records, and protect against misuse or fraud.
Contact-form processing
The website contact form uses a Google Apps Script web application to deliver your message. Information submitted through the form may be processed by Google services according to the configuration of that script and the applicable Google account.
Information sharing
Matt's Tech Support does not sell contact-form information. Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the website or perform requested services, or when required by law.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other sensitive account information through the website form.
